igualdade salarial e de crit\u00e9rios remunerat\u00f3rios entre mulheres e homens que realizam trabalhos de igual valor ou no exerc\u00edcio da mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A lei obriga empresas com 100 ou mais empregados a publicar, a cada semestre, um Relat\u00f3rio de Transpar\u00eancia Salarial. Este relat\u00f3rio \u00e9 produzido pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE), utilizando metodologia pr\u00f3pria, com base nos dados enviados pelas empresas ao e-Social e ao Portal Emprega Brasil.<\/p><p>A metodologia utilizada pelo MTE n\u00e3o considera os crit\u00e9rios previstos na CLT e na pr\u00f3pria Lei de Igualdade Salarial. Em vez disso, compara de forma geral sal\u00e1rios de homens e mulheres, sem avaliar fatores como fun\u00e7\u00e3o, hierarquia, responsabilidades, tempo de empresa ou desempenho, dentre outros crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos pela pr\u00f3pria CLT que justificam diferentes n\u00edveis remunerat\u00f3rios.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, os relat\u00f3rios agrupam os empregados por Grandes Grupos de Ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da CBO (Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es), o que gera compara\u00e7\u00f5es entre profissionais de \u00e1reas, fun\u00e7\u00f5es e n\u00edveis diferentes.<\/p><p>O relat\u00f3rio tem como prop\u00f3sito dar transpar\u00eancia, monitorar pr\u00e1ticas salariais, prevenir desigualdades e promover equidade e inclus\u00e3o, por\u00e9m o Relat\u00f3rio disponibilizado pelo MTE n\u00e3o compara diretamente mulheres e homens que realizam trabalhos de igual valor ou exer\u00e7am a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como n\u00e3o observa os crit\u00e9rios previstos no artigo 461 da CLT para igualdade salarial.<\/p><p>A Venturoso Valentini refor\u00e7a seu compromisso em manter rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho justas, inclusivas e em
