After a long process of maturation, learning and investment in its processes, Fundição Venturoso Valentini has the best in the production of gray, nodular and white cast iron, to meet the mechanical demands of its products.
The exclusive knowledge acquired by its employees and incorporated into its processes provides VV with agility in creating highly complex cast parts, thanks to its technical capacity and the use of technologies such as CAD, MAGMA and CAM in its Engineering and Modeling.
In Fusion, it uses electric induction furnaces, and the approval of the metal load is carried out through laboratory analysis via spectrometry, in several stages of the casting, controlling the chemical composition of the parts and ensuring the high quality of VV cast products, whether in gray, nodular or white cast iron, all this with the capacity to produce various alloys quickly and reliably.
VV's Core Shop follows the factory's technological evolution by using cold box, pep set and shell molding processes to guarantee the geometry and excellence of the parts it produces.
The Molding is composed of three automatic lines, two in green sand, one molding in cake and the other molding in a matched box, and a molding line in cold box, which guarantees greater dimensional quality of the parts produced and high production capacity, sufficient to meet the production needs of VV and third parties, in parts from 0.1 to 300 kg, with reliability and dimensional repeatability of the products.
