By cultivating a culture that prioritizes integrity and engaging all stakeholders in governance dialogue, VV strives to not only meet but exceed expectations for ethical business conduct. We continue to review and enhance our policies and practices to respond effectively to emerging challenges and changes in the business environment.

The purpose of this Code is to establish the principles and values that guide ethical conduct within the Organization, so that it can guide the actions and decisions of all employees, third parties and other individuals or entities that act on its behalf, and thereby promote a corporate culture based on integrity and responsibility; protect and value people and the interests of interested parties; prevent conflicts of interest; ensure legal and regulatory compliance; build trust and reputation; and promote social responsibility.

Committed to data security and privacy, VV adopts strict practices in the treatment of personal and sensitive data, therefore, it establishes through the Privacy Policy how we collect, use, share and protect the personal data of the individuals with whom we interact, including visitors to our websites and applications (both web and mobile), social media users, customers (current and potential), as well as managers and employees of business customers and suppliers.

Our goal is to ensure that Data Subjects understand what personal data is collected, the reasons for such collection, and how such data can be updated, managed, or deleted. We are committed to processing data responsibly and transparently, respecting both the rights of Data Subjects and the obligations imposed by Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Exclusive channel for reporting situations or occurrences of non-compliance with legislation or the principles, guidelines and conduct established in the VV Code of Ethics and Conduct.

All complaints will be received by an independent and specialized company, called Via Ética, guaranteeing secrecy and confidentiality, and if substantiated, they will be handled by the Risk Management and Compliance sector and the VV Ethics Committee.

In compliance with Law No. 14,611/2023 and the organization's commitment to inclusion and diversity, Venturoso Valentini publishes the Salary Equality and Remuneration Criteria Report prepared and made available by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), based on data extracted from e-Social and the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO).
